Hyll On Holland is a freehold land parcel at Holland Road. Taking over the successful enbloc of Hollandia and Estoril, it is a joint venture project by Far East Organisation and Koh Brothers.

Hollandia, which sits on a 4,970.8 sq m freehold plot at the junction of Holland Road and Queensway, is in a popular residential enclave of landed homes and high-end condominiums. It is also near bustling Holland Village and an MRT station.

The price for Hollandia condominium translates to a land rate of $1,703 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), said marketing agent Savills Singapore.

The site can be developed up to 12 storeys with an allowable gross floor area (GFA) of 10,004.56 sq m.

Owing to its high development baseline with an equivalent gross plot ratio of 2.01, no development charge is payable, including the additional 10 per cent GFA for balconies.

Similarly about one month later, FEC Properties won the bid of a freehold land parcel next to Hollandia Condominium, The Estoril condo for $223.9 millions. Both projects are strategically located along Holland Road.

Hyll on Holland will be a joint venture residential project by Far East Organisation and Koh Brothers. As such, Koh Brothers hold 20 per cent stake in the total land acquisition cost of Hollandia and The Estoril, which is about S$81.46 million. A bright opportunity for Koh Brothers to expand its development portfolio in Singapore.

The Pocket Park faces the existing Holland Village and provides green relaxation spaces for residents and visitors

Hyll On Holland is prominently located along Holland Road, a freehold condo near Holland MRT. It is approximately 600m to Holland Village MRT (CC21), a underground train station along circle line, which is part of Leedon Park zoning.
